The aerosol filling machine is a fully pneumatic equipment, which is driven by an air compressor. The simple equipment is composed of a filling machine, a sealing machine, an inflator, a booster pump, a table, a rack and pneumatic components. The material is injected into the aerosol tank through the filling machine, then the valve is put into and sealed, and then the propellant gas is injected into the tank. In general, under normal pressure, the propellant gas is gaseous, and we fill it by changing the gas pressure through a booster pump to liquefy it. The following editor will introduce to you the function of the booster pump and its connection method.
Booster pumps, also known as air boosters, pneumatic boosters, gas boosters, etc., are driven by low-pressure gas at the piston end with a large area to generate high-pressure fluid at the piston end with a small area. It can be used to compress air and other gases, and the output gas pressure can be steplessly adjusted by adjusting the driving gas pressure. It is often used in working environments where the gas pressure is insufficient and the pressure needs to be increased. Used in aerosol filling machine for pressurized transportation of various liquefied gases.
The working principle is that under the control of compressed air and pneumatic components, the booster pump will automatically suck the propellant from the steel cylinder or the gas storage container, pressurize it into a high-pressure liquid and input it into the gas metering cylinder for filling. The pressure of the liquid propellant can be controlled by adjusting the pressure of the air source on the booster pump.
The correct use and connection method of the booster pump: first connect the compressed air to the booster pump air source, and then adjust the pressure of the propellant through the pressure regulating valve on the air source. There are two ports on the left and right under the booster pump (one up and one down), the upper one is the air inlet port, and the lower one is the air outlet port. Connect a pipe from the propellant gas tank to the inlet port of the booster pump, and then connect a pipe from the outlet port of the booster pump to the inlet of the gas metering cylinder on the machine. Note: Be sure to turn off the air source switch on the booster pump before replacing the propellant cylinder.
The above is an introduction to the use and connection method of the booster pump of the aerosol filling machine, I hope it can help everyone.
